0 <br />Foss Realty <br />c/o Ron Foss <br />3554 Shoreline Drive <br />Wayzata, Minnesota 55391 <br />Dear Ron: <br />I talked to Bill Mills, the Village Engineer,.regarding <br />a reimbursement for extending the sewer hookup beyond <br />-the lot line at 2740 Ethel Avenue. <br />He contends that no consideration was ever given to <br />building on 50' lots in Orono, so unless homes were <br />already on the lots, one stub was left for every two <br />50' lots. Also, since you had to have a variance to <br />build on this lot you would be responsible for the <br />hookup.
