RESOLUTION NO. 891 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />THE PLAT OF LAFAYETTE RIDGE <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br />and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota;'and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br />subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development <br />of land within the city; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for <br />a subdivision plat by Crosstown Associates, the subdivider; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed.all requirements of the <br />platting regulations of the City, including: <br />Execution of a developer's agreement with the'City." <br />Creation of a homeowner's association acceptable to the City.— <br />Dedication of required drainage and utility easements. - <br />Dedication of public streets and roads. <br />• Dedication of access easements underlying Outlot G. <br />Dedication of open space and flowage conservation easements.,--, <br />Payment of a park dedication fee of $1,250.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />City of Orono hereby approves the plat of LAFAYETTE RIDGE, Hennepin <br />County, Minnesota, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The aforesaid plat shall be filed with the Hennepin County <br />Recorder's Office on or before August 30, 1978, together with <br />a certified original copy of this Resolution, drainage and <br />utility easement document, underlying access easement document <br />for Outlot G, and open space and flowage conservation easement <br />for Outlots B and C. <br />2. The completion of all requirements of the Developer's Agreement <br />between Crosstown Associates and the City of Orono. <br />3. Outstanding water and sewer special assessments will be evenly <br />divided between the five lots in blocks 1 and 2. <br />4. • Building permits will not be issued for lots 1 and 2, block 1 <br />and lots 1, 2 and 3, block 2 until the City Engineer issues a <br />0. certificate of substantial completion for the road improvements <br />to Outlot G and the sewer and water extentions to these lots. <br />
