PARK DEDICATION <br />Land Dedication Minimum Area - Developers shall be required to dedicate to the City for parks, playgrounds, trails, open spaces and other public purposes an <br />amount of land proportional to the amount of land being developed and to the number of residential units or commercial industrial employment, as set forth <br />in Secion S26 Section 6.20.950: <br />0.1 acres of land per residential dwelling unit <br />0.1 acres for every acre of commercial or industrial zoned land, or 0.1 per every 14 expected employees, whichever is greater <br />Cash contribution is equal to the amount of land required In those instances where a cash contribution is to be made by the developer, in lieu of a <br />conveyance or dedication of land, the cash contribution to be contributed shall be equivalent to the fair market value of the land to be dedicated. <br />Cash contribution maximum <br />Where the anticipated park needs are greater than the number of acres to be developed, the city establishes a maximum park dedication maximum: <br />Residential density of 3 units per acre or less: maximum 4 percent of the predevelop value <br />Residential density of 3.1- 8 units per acre: maximum 8 percent of the predeveloped <br />Residential density of 8.1-15 units per acre: maximum 12 percent of the pr elo <br />Residential density of 15.1 units per acre or more: maximum 20 percent deve e <br />STORMWATER AND DRAINAGE TRUNK FEES <br />Storm water trunk fees apply to new development and redevelopment of existing properties ing for water infrastructure necessary <br />to serve the City. The trunk fee is based on the land use and acreage of the property being deve equivalency fa lier is assigned to each <br />land use type, with a 2-acre residential lot considered as the standard in the City with an equiva f 1.0.
