RESOLUTION NO. 887 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUBDIVISION FOR WILLIAM BARTIG, 605 STUBBS BAY ROAD WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision plat by William Bartig, the subdivider; and WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of the platting regulations of the City, including 1) Delivery of a title opinion addressed to the City 2) Dedication of public road easement over west 27 ft. of property 3) Payment of a park dedication fee of $500.00 • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Orono hereby approves the subdivision of the property legally described as follows: That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 32, Township 118, Range 23, lying Southerly of the Southwesterly right-of-way of the Great Northern Railway Company. and as shown on the Certificate of Survey by Gordon R. Coffin dated November 18, 1977, marked as Exhibit A attached hereto, subject to the following conditions: The aforesaid division shall be filed with the Hennepin County Recorder's Office on or before September 15, 1978, together with a certified original copy of this Resolution, and executed copies of the public road easement and a request for a combined tax assessment of Plat 41332, Parcel 2650 and the western parcel created by this division. The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the division has not been filed by the. date specified above. In that event, it will be necessary to file a new resolution with the City of Orono for subdivision review.
