In addition, they advise <br />that they have no intention of condemning an access and utility <br />easement for an existing sewer line located within vacated Oak <br />Place. <br />The City must receive a written response of ,your client's <br />position regarding Richard Johnson's offer to provide legal <br />access via his portion of vacated Oak Place. <br />Please contact my nFfice if you have any further questions <br />concerning this matter. <br />Sincerely, <br />Jeanne A.
