This spring Gordon <br />Nelson of 1310 Elmwood discovered his property was land locked. <br />He has lived in the residence and used and maintained the same <br />access drive fc: over 23 years. "e claims the City vacated his <br />legal access to the property when all of Oak Place was vacated. <br />Note: he was present at the Council meeting in 1969.
