April 10,1983 <br />City of Orono: <br />Re, Property I.D. # 07-117-23 41 OD21 <br />while looking at nor property tax statement, I noticed in the <br />legal description that it included - adj 1/2 of Oak Place <br />vacated. I want to city hall to question this and found out <br />that what I have been using as a driveway for the last 23 <br />years had been vacated;. rs ago. I was instructed to call <br />Mr. Don Deutsch at the Eiarmepin County Property Description <br />Office. He informed we the t the road was vacated on Sept. 24., <br />1973, Resolution #509. <br />I don't understaxki how this can hapren. I knew nothing about <br />s.t and certainly would have been very concerned if I had. This <br />road lsids only to zW place.
