RESOLUTION NO. 877 <br />A RESOLUTION REAFFIRMING PLAT APPROVAL <br />0 OF LEVERING'S WOODHAVEN <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />or--anized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br />subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe <br />development of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application <br />for a subdivision plat by William Levering, the subdivider; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of <br />the platting regulations of the City, including <br />Completion of all the requirements of Resolution No. 820. <br />Dedication of access easements underlying Outlot A and <br />parts of Lots 4 and 5. <br />Dedication of open space and flowage conservation easements <br />over part of Lot 1. <br />Payment of a park dedication fee of $1,750.00. <br />• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of <br />the City of Orono hereby reaffirms the approval of the plat of <br />LEVERING'S WOODHAVEN, Hennepin County, Minnesota; subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />11 <br />TI aforesaid plat shall be filed with the Hennepin <br />County Recorder's Office on or before March 1, 1978, <br />together with a certified original copy of this Resolution, <br />and executed copies of the underlying access easement <br />document and open space and flowage conservation easement. <br />Tht proval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the plat <br />has net been filed by the date specified above.
