• <br />RESOLUTION # 860 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS <br />FROM SEWER OPERATING FUND TO P.I.R. FUND <br />WHEREAS, $50,000 was originally transferred from the <br />63-64LS-1 Construction Fund to Sewer Operating with the stipulati6n <br />that the Sewer Operating Fund reimburse the 63-64LS-1 Construction <br />Fund in accordance with Resolution #283, and <br />WHEREAS, the 63-64LS-1 and 65LS-1 were subsequently <br />consolidated into the P.I.R. Fund in accordance with Resolution <br />#343. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that an installment <br />of $5,000 be transferred from the Sewer Operating Fund to the <br />P.I.R. Fund, effective December 31, 1977. <br />eAdopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at <br />a regular meeting held December 12, 1977. <br />Attest <br />• <br />William. B.
