Three of the <br />four property owners have already granted easements. The <br />property owner at 1305 Elmwood Avenue, your neighbor to the <br />immediate east. has refused to grant an easement over the <br />existing driveway that intersects his portion of vacated Oak <br />Place. <br />In order to facilitate the vacation process, I have been <br />directed to ask if you would be willing to grant an access <br />easement over your portion of vacated Oak Place. The city would <br />appreciate a written response to this request at your earliest <br />convenience.
