RESOLUTION NO. 859 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono approved <br />the plat for Farview, Hennepin County, Minnesota by Resolution <br />No. 717, adopted October 12, 1976 and filed January 20, 1977, <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Execution of the agreement for furnishing <br />improvements as condition to acceptance of r <br />subdivision plat of Farview plat; <br />2. Payment of park dedication fees; <br />3. Granting of conservation and utility <br />easements as required by city; <br />4.- Legal opinion acceptable to City Attorney; <br />5. Delivery of performance bond or irrevocable <br />letter of credit In a form acceptable to the <br />City Attorney; <br />6. Execution of all the necessary documents <br />including the above documents by all parties <br />with an interest in'the property; and <br />WHEREAS, said Resolution was amended by Resolution filed <br />May 9, 1977 extending the time for the completion of filing of <br />the plat to January 20, 1977; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono finds that <br />all conditions contained in said resolutions for the approval of <br />the plat of Farview have been complied with, <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Orono <br />that the said plat for Farview is hereby approved and that'all <br />of the said conditions attached to its approval of the plat of <br />Farview, as stated in Resolution No. 717, as amended, have been <br />3* complied with. <br />Adopted this 12 day of <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIT`i 0 ORONO <br />December , 1977 <br />y Gt�� <br />Mayor <br />CERTIFICATE <br />I, Walter R.
