• <br />C� <br />• <br />./ <br />RESOLUTION # 858 <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION #420 <br />WHICH ESTABLISHED WATER RATES FOR USERS <br />SERVED BY THE ORONO NAVARRE AREA WATER SYSTEM <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Orono that water for <br />the Navarre area water system shall be provided at the following <br />rate: <br />For all usage - $.90 per 1,000 gallons <br />Such charges shall be billed to all users on a quarterly <br />basis throughout the year based on actual water consumption <br />with a $7.20 minimum quarterly charge, representing water usage <br />of 8,000 gallons or less, per meter unit.
