RESOLUTION NO. 85 6 <br />•r A RESOLUTION CONCEPTUALLY APPROVING BILL KELLEY'S LAND <br />WHEREAS, the Cijt ' of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br />under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision <br />regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision <br />plat for Bill Kelley's Land by William S. Kelley, Jr.: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Orono <br />will approve the plat for Bill Kelley's Land, Hennepin County, Minnesota; upon comple- <br />tion of the following: <br />1. Utility and drainage easement as approved by the City Engineer. <br />2. Flowage and conservation easement. <br />3. Receipt of the Park Dedication Fee in the amount of $1,000 <br />($250 per lot). <br />• 4. Title opinion addressed to the City and approved by the City <br />Attorney. <br />This resolution will expire on June 1, 1978, if the aforesaid items have not <br />been completed. In that event, it will be necessary to file a new application with the <br />City of Orono for subdivision approval. Upon completion of these items, Resolution <br />No. 857 will be certified and may be'—fled with the Hennepin County Recorder's Office. <br />Dated this 28 day of <Nc, `e' ; 1977. <br />William B.
