4 RESOLUTION ;855 offered the folloiing Resolution and moved.its adoption: WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ozono__-_______—_—_________• has received from the County of Hennepin, a list of lands in said municipal- ity which became the property of the State of Minnesota, for non-payment of 1955 or 1966 real estate taxes. WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in said list has heretofore been classfied by the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota as non -conservation land and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized by said Board of County Commissioners: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by said City Council, acting pursuant to Minnesota Statute 282, that the said classification by said Board of County Commissioners of each parcel of land described in said list as non - conservation land be and the same is hereby approved, and that the sale of • each such parcel of land be and the same is hereby approved., EXCEPT THE ATTACHED LIST TO BE RETAI14ED BY ORONO The question was on the adoption of the Resolution and the roll being called, there were 4 YEAS and 0 NAYS, as follows: Mayor Van Nest Councilmember Butler Councilmember Massengale Resolution adopted.
