RESOLUTION :10. 853 <br />• RESOLUTION APPROVING A CM4ERCIAL <br />BUILDING ADDITION FOR FREVERT SND <br />HALL (TONKA WEST DEVELOPMENT) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono has adopted certain zoning regulations for the <br />health, safety, welfare and orderly development of land within Orono; and <br />WHEREAS, those regulations require specific City Council approval of any <br />commercial building or addition within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application of Frevert and <br />Hall (Tonka West Development) for an addition to the existing office building at <br />2477 Shadywood Road; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Orono <br />hereby approves the plans for the addition subject to the following: <br />1. Approval of the City Engineer of all drainage controls. <br />2. Approval of Hennepin County of the relocated driveway <br />access. <br />3. Conformity to all State Building Code requirements. <br />• 4. Payment of one additional commercial water unit of <br />$870.00. <br />S.
