i <br />City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br />HALLSON ESTATES <br />FILE #805 <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />DEC 10 1984 <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has <br />adopted subdivision r^gulations for the orderly, economic and <br />safe development of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered tLe <br />application for a subdivision by John Hallsor, the subdivider; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements <br />of the platting regulations of the City, including: <br />1. Dedication of drainage and utility easements. <br />2. Dedication on the plat of right-of-way for a <br />public roac?, shown as Watertown Road. <br />3. Payment of the City of a Park Dedication Fee in the <br />amount of $100.00. <br />4. Payment to the City for the legs 1 review and f i 1 ing <br />of the plat easements and covenants in the amount of <br />$75.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council <br />of the City of Orono hereby approves the plat of Hallson Estates, <br />Hennepin County, Minnesota; subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The Public Works Coordinator must approve new <br />access for Lot 2 prior to issuance of a bui !ding permit <br />for new residence. <br />2. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of <br />Orono with the Hennepin County Recorder's Office on or <br />before June 10, 1985 together with a certified original <br />copy of this Resolution and executed copies of the <br />easements and covenants noted above. <br />so <br />
