City Attorney Radio, Public Works <br />CITY OF ORONO Coor:linator Gerhardson, Zoning Administrator Mabusth, <br />Assistant Zoning Administrator Gaffron, and City <br />Recorder Sutton represented the City staf. <br />7:00 PM APPEARANCE <br />MARTY JESSEN - <br />HENNEPIN COUNTY PARK <br />RESERVE DISTRICT Marty Jessen was present. Jessen gave the Council a <br />status report on the Hennepin County Noerenberg Park <br />Project. Jessen stated that a committee has bees <br />established and will meet at the FWBI on Thursday, <br />November 29, 1984, at 4:00 p.m. Jessen noted that the <br />two Orono representatives have been very helpful in <br />giving background on the park. Jessen stated that the <br />County will be accepting bids on the restoration of the <br />gazebo. Jessen noted that the restoration work will <br />done the summer of 1985. Jessen noted that the County <br />has made available to the City, copies of the will <br />regarding the Noerenberg Park. <br />CONSENT AGENDA* Councilmember Frah-, moved, Councilmember Adams <br />seconded, to approve the Consent. Agenda*, with all <br />staf f reports concerning these items to be attached to <br />an original copy of these minutes on file ir. the City <br />Clerk's office. Motion, Ayes (4), Nays (0i. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES* Councilmember Frahm moved, Councilmember Adams <br />seconded, to approve the minutes of the regular Orono <br />Council meeting held November 13, 1,384. Motion, Ayes <br />(4), Nays (0). <br />LAKE MINNETONKA CONSERVATION <br />DISTRICT REPORT Jo Ellen Hurr was not present. Zoning Administrator <br />Mabusth explained that Hurr had contacted her and noted <br />that no board meeting was held by the Lake Minnetonka <br />Conservation District in November, therefore there was <br />nothing to report. Mabusth noted that the next board <br />meeting will be held December 5, 1984. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />COMMENTS There were no Planning Commission comments. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS There were no comments from the public present. <br />
