Gerhardson, Public Works Coordinator <br />Date: December 6, 1984 <br />Subject: Public Hearing Amending Community Development <br />Block Grant Program <br />Is has been determined that now that the handicap access <br />ramp at precinct #3 Lakeview Golf Course is completed that there <br />is a shortage of funds in the amount of $1,920.00 to pay for the <br />project. <br />Community Development Block Grant Funds were allocated to <br />fund the project. <br />It has also been determined that there is a balance of funds <br />in the Crystal Bay/Stubbs Bay Sanitary Sewer feasibility studys <br />projects. <br />In order to transfer funds from one project to another and <br />not lose the balance of funds from the sewer feasibility <br />projects, these monies must be transferred, so that we may <br />accomplish this it is necessary to conduct a public hearing. <br />Attached for your review and approval is a resolution to <br />accomplish the above. <br />It is my recommendation to approve the attached resclution <br />as drafted. <br />
