Motion, <br />Ayes (4), Nays (0). <br />1985 SQUAD CARS* Mayor Butler moved, Councilmember Hammerel seconded, to <br />approve the purchase of three 1985 squad cars at $10.884 <br />per unit from Elk River Ford -Mercury, Inc. with an <br />estimated trade-in amount of $2, 500/car for a total of <br />$27,700 for all three cars. Motion, Ayes (4), Nays (0). <br />TRANSFER OF FUNDS <br />LIQUOR OPERATING FUND <br />TO GENERAL FUND* Mayor Butler moved, Councilmember Hammerel seconder', to <br />approve the transfer of funds from the liquor operating <br />fund in the amount of $15,000 to the general fund. <br />Motion, Ayes (4), Nays (0). <br />
