Staff illnesses and our City Attorney's heavy court schedule for the month of November have prevented us fiom scheduling a meeting to review the facts and findings that must be incorporated in a denial resolution as Council requested. Council also directed that the final draft of t:iat resolution be sent to all parties with interest at leas_ a week before the meeting that Council will act on your application. Staff will not reschedule the application until staff can be assured that directive is satisfied.
