Goetten proceeded with another concern of Orc:no's, that communication between the District and the city be continued throughout this planning effort. (3oetten reviewed the sequence of events which involved the original advi5.ory committee and which led to Noerenberg being removed from the 1979 Capital Improvement flan of the District. In response, Gray ruquested the following: - that Dick Benson, City Administrator for Orono, receive copies of minutes from all meetings of this committee; -- that a joint mr2eting with neighbors and citizens of Orono bu scheduled before any recommendations are made by the committee.
