Ilse stated that he called Fisk one weak later and said Fisk sLaLed that $8,500 was out, $17,003 or noticing. Ilse stated that the $8,500 offer subject to negotiation was to yet negotiations started. Grabek stated that he is not inf luenred by that note nor did he read the entire note. Grabek stated that he doesn't think that tho-3e com:n•?nts should be passed to individual Council people, that they should b-3 brought out into the open. Mayor Butler stated that they will be bought out into i:iie open. 3utl.sr stated that she gave it to Grabek so that he would have some idea as to where sale was coming from.
