Building & Zoning <br />Administrator Mabusth, Assistant Zoning Administrator <br />G,,ffron, Public Work Coordinator Gerhardson, and City <br />Recorder Sutton rooress�nted the City staff. <br />ANNOUNCEMENT OF CRYSTAL <br />BAY PUBLIC HEARING <br />RESCHEDULED FOR NOVEMBER <br />13, 1984 AT 7:0a PM Mayor Butler announced to the public that the Cr_yst.ai Bay <br />public hearing has been rescheduled for Novenber 13, <br />1934, at 7:00 p.m. <br />CONSENT AGENDA* Councilmember Adams moved, Councilmember Hammerel <br />secon:led, to approve the Consent Agenda*, with all <br />staf f reports concerning these i teens to be attached to <br />an original copy of these minutes on file in the City <br />Clerk's office. Motion, Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES* Councilmember Adams moved, Councilmember Hammerel <br />seconded, to approve they minutes of the Council meeting <br />held October 15, 1984. Motion, Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />LAKE MINNETONKA CONSERVATION <br />DISTRICT REPORT Jo Ellc,i Hurt was present. Hurt stated that the new <br />budget was passed by the LMCD. Hurt noted that the cost <br />of license applications and special use permits that <br />required extra staff and legal time gill now be paid by <br />the applicant. Harr sated that the ordinance <br />amending the fees would be given to Orono staff. Hurr <br />stated that an ordinance was passed on changing uses of <br />dockage on the lake. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />COMMENTS There were no Planning Commission comments. <br />PUBLIC COMMEN,rs There were no comments from the public present. <br />#820 LONIK FISK <br />493 PARK AVENUE <br />VARIANCE <br />7:30 PM Lonie and Curtis Fisk were present. Lonie Fisk's <br />attorney, Garth roller, was also present. Jim <br />Henschoof, traffic expert, was present for a traffic <br />report concerning the Fisk application.
