Serhardson, Public Works Coordinator <br />Dated November a, 1984 <br />Subject) Carman Street Sewer Project Reimbursement <br />In October 1983, the City of Orono entered into an agreement <br />with three residents on Carman Street for the construction of <br />sanitary sewer service to their properties (agreement attached). <br />As per the agreement, after the residents have completed <br />their obligations the City is required to reimburse two of the <br />properties f3,500.00 each with one property being deferred until <br />the construction of a dwelling. <br />The construction is completed and the developers have <br />completed their obligations of the agreement. Therefr,. it is my <br />recommendation to reimburse Mr. Richard Edwards - n Carmo <br />Street and Mr. Edward T. Lehman, 2470 Carmon Street $3,500.00 <br />each as per the deveolpers agreement dated October 25, 1983, <br />
