Assistant 'Zoning <br />Administrator Gaffron noted the certificate of <br />mailing and the affidavit of " publication. <br />Chai rperson Goetten closed the public hearing at 8:53 <br />p.m. since no one was present in the audience for this <br />public hearing. <br />Assistant Zoning Administrator Gaffron stated that. <br />:he Clifford's want their lot declared buildable. <br />Callahan moved, Sime seconded, to recommend approval a <br />lot area and lot width variance based on the following <br />findings: <br />I. No other adjacent land is available. <br />1. Sewer is available and has been assessed for one <br />sewer unit and footage. <br />3.
