We rev ewed the above plat and found it <br />acceptable with consideration ui these conditions: <br />-For future improvements to CSAH 51 and CSAH 84 the developer should dedicate an <br />additional 7 feet of right. of way along CSAH 51 and CSAH 84, making the right of way <br />40 feet form the center of CSAH 51 and 40 feet from the center of �SAH 84. <br />The access to Lots 1 and 2 must be via CSAH 84.
