As of this writing, the City is <br />not in receipt of the final perc and boring tests Performed <br />on July 12, 1990. We are assured by the on -site septic <br />evaluator that he will have the information into staff by <br />late Friday or early Monday so that staff can confirm <br />suitable area for on -site sewage/disposal systems for the <br />proposed 10 bedroom home. The evaluator has found suitable <br />area based on slope conditions and 75' set back from the <br />wetlands (review Exhibit E). <br />6. Section 10.03, Subdivision 21 - Exception.
