That I desired to purchase certain property (the Property) <br />located at Park Avenue and Oak Street in the City of Orono (the City) <br />which Hennepin County (the County) was offering for sale because of a <br />tax forfeiture on said Property. <br />3. That, prior to purchasing the ^roperty, I had no notice that <br />there might be zoning defects relating to the Property. <br />4.
