PAGE 23 <br />ESTABLISHMENT OF REVENUE <br />SHARING SECTION 504 <br />GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE* Councilmember Adams moved, Councilmember Hammerel <br />seconded, to approve the establishment of Revenue <br />Sharing Section 504 grievance procedure. Motion, <br />Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />SANITARY SEWER CONNECTION <br />GRANT PROGRAM Public Works Coordinator Gerhardson stated that this <br />was for Council's information only regarding the <br />Crystal Bay sewer project grant program. <br />DEFERRED ASSESSMENT <br />POLICY Public Works Coordinator Gerhardson stated that this <br />was for Council's information regarding the Crystal Bay <br />sewer project deferred assessment policy. <br />MUSA LINE DESCRIPTION Assistant 'honing Administrator Gaffron noted the MUSA <br />line and which areas are included in the MUSA line. <br />Gaffron noted that the Crystal Bay area is not within <br />the MUSA line, but the Crystal Bay area is designated in <br />the Comprehensive Plan as an area where future <br />installation of municipal sewer is anticipated. <br />CITY AT'2ORNEY'S REPORT <br />PAUL SMITH UPDATE City At : orney Radio stated that the City has provided a <br />temporary easement to the Powers for their signature. <br />Radio stated that Smith has offered to pay for that <br />easement. Radio stated that once the easement is <br />signed, Smith can proceed to put in the hewer, and then <br />negotiations can begin regarding the permanent <br />easement. <br />WELSH VS CITY OF ORONO City Attorney Radio stated that the City received a <br />favorable report denying Welsh's request for a <br />rehearing on attorney's fees. Radio stated that their <br />only action now is to petition for a certiorari, which <br />is highly unlikely. Radio stated that it is unlikely <br />that the Supreme Court would select this case to be <br />heard. <br />LICENSES* Councilmember Adams moved, Councilmember Hammerel <br />seconded, to approve the licenses for the following: <br />Temporary trailer parking - Navarre Congregation of <br />Johovahs Witnesses - 11-21-84 - 12-4-84 <br />Setup pe-mit -Art Center of MN - 11-27, 28, 29, 30 & 12- <br />1-84 <br />Motion, Ayes (5), hays (0). <br />BILLS* Councilmember Adams moved, Councilmember Hammerc-1 <br />seconded, that the All Funds Accounts and Liquor Store <br />Accounts be paid. Motion, Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />
