Under the alarm ordinance, j:rovision was made <br />for charging a fee for each false alarm in excess; of three ,Alarms per <br />calandar year. The ordinancii further provides for a ten percent <br />delinquent penalty if the alarm fees are not remitted to the City within <br />thirty days of bill ing. All delinquent ,alarm fees are to be certified <br />to the County and assessed against the properties s,rved and collected <br />wit'a the subsequent years' taxes. <br />For this year there are two proprt-ies which havN o,jtstandinj <br />delinquent fees. I have prepar,:?d the attached resolution and <br />assessment roll for Council's adoption ,,it the regular meeting to he <br />held October 29, 1984. <br />
