Benson, City Administrator <br />The undersigned has examined the Invitations for Proposals to Underwrite <br />Various Insurable Risks of the City of Orono and proposes to furnish insurance in <br />accordance therewith, subject only to exceptions specifically noted herein. <br />Bid security in the amount of 5% of total annual proposed premiums or $250, <br />whichever is greater, accompanies this proposal, the same being subject to <br />forfeiture as liquidated damages in the event of default. <br />It is understood by the Undersigned that the right is reserved by the City to <br />accept the proposal*(s) which the City determines to be most favorable to the City, <br />or to reject any and all proposals. <br />Insurers have current Best's policyholder's <br />rating of A or h+ and comply with state <br />requirements.
