B. liability to the Public <br />1. Comprehensive General Liability. <br />a. Include as insureds all officers and members of the governing <br />body, elective and appointive officials, board and commission <br />members, employees, agents or other authorized persons while <br />acting within the scope of their duties as such. <br />b. Provide the Broad Form Comprehensive General Liability <br />Extension including the following: <br />1. Under personal injury advise if there is any participation <br />by the insured. <br />2. Make an affirmative statement that personal injury coverage <br />is extended to civil actions alleging discrimination. <br />3. Make an af f irmative statement that personal injury coverage <br />is extended to mutual aid agreements. <br />4. Make an af f irmative statement that personal injury coverage <br />is afforded to injury by an employee sustained as a result of <br />an offense related to employment by the City of Orono. <br />5. Make an affirmative statement that the X - C and its <br />exclusions are removed. <br />6. Include coverage for owned and non -owned watercraft. <br />7. If there is a limit or coverage is excludt.?d for loss or damage <br />arising out of riot and commotion or mob action or out of any <br />act or ummission in connection with the prevention or <br />suppression of any of the foregiong, indicate the <br />additional premium charge, if any, to delete such an <br />exclusion. <br />c. Limits of Liability coverage should be $500,900 Each <br />Occurrence; Combined Single Limit; or $500,000 Each Occurrence <br />Bodily Injury and $500,000 Each Occurrence Property Damage. <br />d. Coverage is to be afforded for the use of owned or non -owned <br />snowmobiles. <br />e. Coverage is to be afforded to include Employee benef it liability <br />with a $1,000 deductible. <br />2. Common Law and Statutory Liquor Liability. <br />If possible, this coverage and general liability shall be provided <br />through the same insurer. <br />a. If Liquor Liability is proposed through a different insurer than <br />the General Liability, attach an Overlap Endorsement to both <br />policies. <br />b. Limit•s. Quote same limits as general liability unless higher <br />primary limits are required in conjunction with umbrella <br />proposal. If so, indicate what limits are proposed. <br />
