Earl Bailey if <br />Youngdahl & Associates and Dewey Carlson of the Murphy Agency. <br />I chose to use two Agents of Records this year to give us a larger market <br />to choose from, inasmuch as there has been increases of 20-60% in <br />premiums the past six months. The bids will be opened on December 3, <br />1984, at 10:00 A.M. The bids will be presented with premiums quoted <br />for all insurances less commissions, the agents will quote a fee for <br />service in lieu of a commission. <br />In 1983 the quotes for insurances were handled in the same manner And <br />the end result was a savings to the City. <br />
