to make his Fond SAFE by }providing such safeguards as he can to <br />prevent an INC-dent on his pond from becoming an ACC -dent - or DEATH. <br />SUMMARY <br />The locations of the ponds shown on Figure 2 will adequately <br />provide enough sc.rface runoff and groundwater to maintain a suffic- <br />ient level of watc-r. The ponds should be constructed by equipment <br />large enough to reasonably excavate as much as 2,000 years of soil. <br />The maximum depth of either pond should not exceed 5 feet. The max- <br />imum surface area should not exceed 8,000 square feet. <br />Of utrost importance is the awareness of the potentially un- <br />safe conditio-s to those in the vicinity of the ponds. The property <br />owner should be fully aware of his liabilities and responsibilities. <br />
