Approval is subject to the following: <br />1. Apply for a MCWD permit. <br />2. Construction of a pond must follow guidelines setforth <br />in t'ne recommendations of Hennepin Conservation District as <br />follows: <br />a) 4:1 slopes at the uppermost portion o+ the pond. <br />b) The bond depth not to exceed 5'. <br />c) Maximum surface area of the pond not to exceed <br />s.f. <br />3. Approval subject to City Engineer review. <br />4. Provide City with amended conservation easement over <br />wetlands. <br />the City Engineer has reviewed the location and size of the <br />proposed drainage tile and notes no problem with the location or <br />size as long as the applicant feels comfortable with it - he <br />recommends the applicant have a watershed drainage study done if <br />there its doubt in the applicant's mind. <br />Based on the revised plan, staff recommends that no changes <br />be made i-i the location or description of the existing <br />conservation easement over this designated wetland. <br />AS of this writing, we have not received a written report <br />from the MCWD on this proposal, although the applicant indicated <br />he has contacted them and an application is in progress. <br />A resolution is attacheda note the additional recommended <br />findings regarding the relation of this wetlands to its <br />surroundings. <br />
