MINUTES OF THE REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING HELD OCTOBER 15, 1.984. PAGE. 5 <br />#858 ROBERT HOWELLS <br />1448 PART( DRIVE <br />VARIANCE <br />RESOLUTION #1689 <br />Mr. and Mrs. Robert Howells were preset. Assistant <br />Zoning Administrator Gaff ron noted that the Howells <br />want to keep the existing cabin for storage pirN-)ses. <br />Gaffron noted that two of the five Planning Commission <br />members felt that the cabin should be removed. <br />Robert Howells stated that the cabin is structurally <br />sound and that they need it for storage. Howells <br />noted that the cabin's location does not impact the <br />location of the house anyway. <br />Mrs. Robert Howells stated that the h,-)use location may <br />not be quite 17' from the lot line. Howells stated <br />that it may be 16' feet. <br />Mayor Butler moved, Councilmember Adams seconded, to <br />approve Resolution #1689, A Resolution Granting a <br />Variance to permit the construction of a new residence <br />subject to change in the setback to 16' as noted c:bove. <br />Motion, Ayes (4), Nays (0). <br />#859 DENNIS KUMLIN <br />2665 FOX STREET <br />PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION Dennis Kumlin was present. <br />Councilmember Adams moved, Councilmember Hammerel <br />seconded, to approve the two lot plat of Dennis Kumlin <br />finding that all standards of the RR-lB zoning <br />difstric:t platting code and on -site septic code have <br />been fulfilled subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Payment of park fee of $200 for newly created Lot <br />1. <br />2. Access for Lots 1 and 2 will be shared located at <br />the existing curb cut. <br />3. Owners to provide appropriate access easements <br />when design of plat is finalized. <br />Motion, Ayes (4), Nays (0). <br />#860 FUNK/ROGOSHESKE <br />'S40 OLD CRYSTAL BAY ROAD SO <br />PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION George Funk and Judy Rogosheske were present. The <br />following neighbors were present for this <br />application: <br />Mary Lou Doherty of 2790 White Oak Circle <br />John 6 Lynn Doupan of 2785 White Oak Circle <br />Ray Mary Rasmussen of 2700 White Oak Circle <br />Richard Kling of 2780 white Oak Circle <br />Charles Kolley of 1710 white Oak Circle <br />
