The City provided you with the temporary of <br />occupancy permit under the condition that the footings and foundation <br />be completed in July, 1983 and roof be replaced in Jilly, 1983. <br />In July, 1983, you wt-re again approached by the City to get the work <br />completed and you said that you had no money. At this time, the City <br />tried to get you assistance from Hennepin County Planning and <br />Development. You delayed in sending the application in and was not <br />cooperative with them. <br />I am writing this letter to inform you that you have not complied with <br />the correction orders given and that citations are being issued for the <br />following items: <br />Grass and weeds over 6" tall per Orono Municipal Code Section <br />9.55, Sllbd 1 and 2. <br />2. Not installing the required footings and instead you have left <br />the structure on concrete block piers without motor and <br />without proper frost footing depth, per SBCit7Br, 2507(a). <br />3.
