Fo>:wood plat of 2 lots was approved in 1978. The <br />City acquired Flowage & Conservation Easements over the desig" <br />nested wetlands. The current proposal involves the creation of 1 <br />new residential lot: that abut.ts For: Street. <br />Th: applicant has been made aware of the alternatives of <br />platting access for the new lot (See Exhibit H). The proposed <br />layout is also acceptable where access is provided via a private <br />access easement through lot 1. In either case, access for both <br />lots will be a shared access. Lot 1 has feet of frontage but <br />the location of the wetlands along the east front line and the <br />design of Fox Street limit safe access to existing curb cut. <br />Staff hos received septic test information for lot 1 and <br />finds that the test data confirms suitable area for both a prell- <br />mina-y and alternative drainfield site.
