MINUTES OP THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ORONO COUNCIL HELD OCTOBER 1, 1984. <br />ASSESSMENTS - SL-68 Councilmember Adams moved, Councilmember Hammerel <br />seconded, to approve the assessment rolls for SL-68. <br />Motion, Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />ASSESSMENTS - SL-70 Councilmember Adams moved, Councilmember Hammerel <br />seconded, to approve the assessment rolls for SL-70. <br />Motion, Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />RESOLUTION #1684 <br />TAX LEVY Mayor Butler moved, Councilmember Frahm seconded, to <br />adopt Resolution #1684, A Resolution approving the <br />1984 tax levy collectible in 1985. Motion, Ayes (5), <br />Nays (0). <br />AUDITOR'S REPORT ON <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FUNDS Mayor Butler moved, Councilmember Adams seconded, to <br />accept the report of Anfinson, Hendrickson & Co <br />regarding the cash flow projection and analysis of the <br />various special assessment funds of the City. <br />Motion, Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />APPRAISAL OF CRYSTAL BAY <br />PROPERTIES FOR SANITARY <br />SEWER PROJZCT Public Works Coordinator Gerhardson brought befor the <br />Council his memo dated October 1, 1984, regarding the <br />selection of a private appraiser to determine before <br />and after property values for the 83 parcels affected <br />by the proposed sanitary sewer oroject in the Crystal <br />Bay area. It was recommended that a contract with Mr. <br />Ferrell of Appraisal Associates, Hamel, Minnesota, be <br />approved to appraise 20 percent. of the affected <br />properties, as outlined in Mr. Ferrell's letter of <br />September 28, 1984, with a cost not to exceed $3,000. <br />Mayor Butler moved, Councilmember Frahm seconded, to <br />approve the proposal of Mr. Ferrell of Appraisal <br />Associates to appraise 20 percent of the 83 affecter <br />properties in the proposed Crystal Bay sanitary sewe: <br />project at a cost not to exceed $3,000. Motion, Ayes <br />(5), Nays (0). <br />ADJOURNMENT 9:00 PM Mayor Butler moved, Counci !member Frahm seconded, that <br />the meeting be adjourned at 9:00 p.m. Motion, Ayes <br />(5), Nays (0). <br />Attest: <br />Dorothy M.
