HOW TO SPEED UP ENERGY ASSISTANCE <br />What Happens When I Apply for Financial Help With Energy Bills? <br />The following is a brief summary of the process involved when applying <br />for assistance through the ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. <br />STEP 1 - A household MUST make an appointment <br />STEP 2 - Once the appointment is made a confirmation letter verifying <br />appointment date, time and place and a copy of the applicants' <br />Rights and Responsibilities is mailed to the household. <br />THE CONFIRMATION LETTER AND THE RIGHTS AND , <br />RESPONSIBILITIES LISTS THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS , <br />THE APPLICANT ® BRING TO THE SCHEDULED , <br />APPOINTMENT.
