MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 17, 1984. PAGE 3 <br />1860 PUNK/ROGESHESKE Pat Doherty of 2790 White Oak Circle stated that right <br />now Van Eeckhout and the neighbors are thinking of <br />forming a homeowners association for the maintenance <br />of the road. <br />i806 WILLOW PROPERTIES <br />2600 WAYZATA BLVD <br />PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION <br />Kelley stated that the wetlands on Lot 2 have not been <br />designated on the plat. <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth advised that there are no <br />designated wetlands within Lot 2. Mabusth stated <br />that there is a drainageway that will be designated as <br />drainage easements on the plat. <br />Chairman Callahan closed the public hearing at 8:20 <br />p.m. <br />Adams moved, Sime seconded, to recommend approval of <br />the plat, White Oaks Overlook finding all the <br />standards of the Orono platting code, RR-1B zoning <br />district and on -site septi4- code nave been satisfied, <br />approved is subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Drainageway must be designated as 20' wide <br />drainage easements --dry areas of Lots 2 and 3 must <br />be exclusive of drainage areas. <br />2. Applicants to provide information to City as how <br />future owners of Lots 2, 3 and 4 will participate <br />in the share of the maintenance of White Oak <br />Circle. <br />3. Payment of perk fee of $600. <br />4. Dedication of 33' o� right of way for Old Crystal <br />Bay Road. <br />Motion, Ayes (4), Nays (0), (1) abstention. Kelley <br />abstained because of a conflict of interest. <br />There was no one present to represent Willow <br />Properties. Zoning Administrator Mabusth stated <br />that this division will create the 2-acre lot for the <br />Hennepin County library. Mabusth noted she written <br />response from Yngve. Mabusth noted that the entrance <br />to the library would align with the Middle School's <br />driveway. <br />Kelley moved, McDonald seconded, to approve the three <br />lot division of Willow Properties finding all <br />standards of the RR-1B zoning district, septic code, <br />and plot inq code have been satisfied and approval is <br />!I)LAb)ect to the following conditions: <br />1. Dedication of right-of-way for Highway 12, Old <br />Crystal Bay Road and willow Drive. <br />
