There was <br />no one present from the audience. <br />Sime moved, Kelley seconded, to recommend approval of <br />Jerry Nelson's variance for construction of a deck at <br />2565 Dunwoody Avenue based on the following findings: <br />1. All setbacks are being met. <br />2. Overall hardcover on the entire property is 8,884 <br />sf where 10,740 sf would be allowed at the maximum <br />development. <br />3. Assistant <br />Zoning Administrator Gaffron noted the certificate of <br />mailing and the affidavit of publication. There was <br />no one present from the audience for this application. <br />Assistant Zoning Administrator Gaffron stated that <br />the applicants are requesting to build a new home on <br />the triangular piece of property. Gaffron stated <br />that over the years easements have been taken leaving <br />the property substandard. <br />Robert Howell stated that he would like to keep the <br />existing cabin for storage purposes.
