11. What are the requirements of the ordinance sections listed in <br />Item 10? <br />/ Cc. /mac l� <br />state exactly what is intentVed to be" done on or with the <br />property which does not conform with existing regulations: <br />Manse it possible to rebuild thereon.. <br />Has an application for zoning variance on the same property <br />been acted upon by the Village Council within the last six <br />months? If so, state the date of the Village Council's action. <br />NOTE: The law requires that the conditions set forth in the <br />following three items 14, 15, and 16 14UST be established <br />befo.ce a variance can be granted. Explain in detail after <br />each statement wherein your case conforms to the requirements. <br />14. Difficulties of Hardship to Owner. Strict application of <br />the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance would result in <br />peculiar and practical difficulties or exceptional or undue <br />hardship upon the owner of the lot in developing or using <br />such lot in a manner customary and legally permissible <br />within the zoning district in which said lot is located. <br />Granting of the variance is necessary for the preservation <br />and enjoyment of a substantial property right of the appli- <br />::,cant and to alleviate demonstrable hardship or difficulty <br />and will not merely serve as a convenience to the applicant. <br />Explain in detail. <br />I purchased this property in June 1948 complete with house aid garage. <br />I personally lived thereon. with my wife and family as my homestead <br />until Tovesbor 30. 1965 on which date my house burisd to the ground. <br />I now wish to improve the property and if possible rebuild my home <br />on this location in accord&&*• with Village regulations. I have not <br />been able to do so heretofore because of lacy of adequate sewage <br />disposal. I have paid all taxes and assessments duo thereon to date. <br />The property as it mew stands is of so value to as %&lose it sea be <br />built on or othorvies improved to mate it of use to no or salable. <br />The apartment where I as now living is now being sold and I am forced <br />to vacate and ro-establish my hose elsewhere-, rebuilding on. sty property <br />now appearing to be the best solution. <br />
