, <br /> . <br /> x�< <br /> �;• <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 769 <br /> s A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LEHMAN ADDITION <br /> Wf�REAS, the City of Orono is a mmicipal corporation organized an�d existing <br /> imder the laws of the State of Nlinnesota; and <br /> Wf�REAS, the City Cotmcil of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision <br /> and lations for the orderly, econamic and safe development of land within the City; <br /> WHEREAS, the City Cauicil has cansidered. the application for a subdivision . <br /> plat for the Lehman Additian by Edward T. Lehman; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Coimcil of the City of Orono <br /> hereby approves the plat for the Lehman Addition, Hemiepin County, Minnesota, subject <br /> � to the follawing: <br /> 1. Approval of the plat does not constitute approval of the locatio� of <br /> any dwelling. <br /> 2. All pmposed dwelling loca.tions shall meet the minimwn 75' lakeshore <br /> requirement. <br /> 3. Appropriate Park Dedicatioai Fee (total $3,086.00). <br /> � 4. Final plat is same as preliminary which was previously approv�ed. <br /> _ 5. All necessary easements. Conservatian easement over wetlands and any <br /> oth�r easements that are deemed necessary. <br /> b. Title opinian. <br /> This resolution will expire October 1, 1977, if the aforesaid subdivisian <br /> plat has not been filed with the Hermepin Cotmty Register of Deeds.
