City of OR,ONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 1682 <br />A RESOLUTIONY PROVIDIN:1 e',')R 'V.qg COLLECTION OF I)BL(N,�Ur;V'P 1984 <br />ANNUAL SERVICE CHARGES FOR THE ON -SITE SEW4GE 'PRS-%r*43VT <br />INSPECTION PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota <br />has enacted certain ordinances under Minnesota Statues, therefore <br />pursuant to Chapter 12 Orono City Code pertaining to payment and <br />collection of the Annual Service for the On -Site Sewage Treatment <br />Inspection Program, the following properties are delinquent in <br />nature. <br />1. WHFREAS, the City has obtained from the Hennepin County <br />Auditor levy number 9526 for the delinquent Annual Service Charges for <br />the On -Site S.?w,ij2 r:�atn.�n.t Program. <br />2. That the Hennepin County Auditor be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to extend upon proper tax lists of the county <br />and further collect said assessments in the manner provided by law. <br />3. That ten percent (10%) ')e added to the amounts due. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono Minnesota at a special <br />meeting held October 1, 1984. <br />Mary C.
