CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO.7632 <br />a. The City Council of the City of Long Lake must approve the Joint Powers <br />Agreement and 340 Willow Lease, including non -substantive modifications, if <br />any, made as contemplated by this resolution. <br />b. The City Council of the City of Long Lake must formally acknowledge that it <br />finds the terms of the 3770 Shoreline Lease (to which the City of Long Lake is <br />not a party) to be acceptable and in compliance with the Joint Powers <br />Agreement. <br />c.
