(2002) <br />MHAC is pleased to provide a proposal for HVAC for the above -mentioned project on the plans provided to us. <br />The following items are included in our proposal: <br />Replace Packaged Gas Electric Roof Top Units <br />• Disconnect power and remove (5) packaged RTU's <br />• Furnish and install (5) custom curb adapters <br />• Furnish and install (5) 5 Ton Trane Roof Top Units <br />• Furnish and install (5) low leak economizers <br />• Use of existing unit electrical disconnects <br />• Extend gas piping and electrical as needed <br />• Use of existing building automation <br />• Check, test and start system <br />• Permits Crane, freight, delivery and tax <br />Price Not To Exceed NTE $ 77,000.00 <br />Note: Curb adapter lead time 10-15 working days. <br />Exclusions: <br />• Power and control wiring <br />• Service, repair and warranty of existing equipment <br />• Plumbing and overtime labor <br />PAYMENT TO BE MADE AS FOLLOWS: All material is guaranteed to be as specified.
