Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, ~IN 55323 <br />Phone (612) 249-4600 Fax (612) 249-4616 <br />NOTICE <br />The Planning Commission will hold public hearings in the Council Chambers at 2780 Kelley Parkway on Monday, <br />September 20, 1999, beginning at 6:30 p.m. on the matter of reviewing the following land use applications : <br />1. #2516 <br />2 . #2519 <br />3 . #2520 <br />4. #2521 <br />5 . #2523 <br />6 . #2524 <br />Jeff Martineau, having an interest in property located at 1420 Shoreline Drive, requests a <br />variance from bluff setback to permit new residential construction and variances from <br />lakeshore setback, hardcover in the 0-75' lakeshore setback and average lak:eshore setback <br />to permit an accessory structure to remain on the property absent a principal residence. <br />Matthew and Robin Staloch, 4705 Watertown Road, request a variance to permit an <br />accessory building to be located closer to the front lot line than the principal residence . <br />Tom Berthiaume, 3035 Casco Point Road, requests a hardcover variance to permit an <br />addition of structural hardcover in the 75-250' lakeshore setback and a side yard setback <br />variance to permit art extension of the roof line of the principal residence to within 4' of the <br />side property line to cover a walk\\'ay where 10' is the required setback. <br />Joe Haus, 4485 Bayside Road, requests a variance to allow a guest house to be located 45 ' <br />from the front lot line where 50' is required and a conditional use permit for a guest house <br />on the property. <br />--. r <br />Ronald and Rita Zebeck, 998 Wildhurst Trail, request variances and a conditional use <br />permit to allow fill of 1,300 cubic yards within the lakeshore setback, hardcover within 75' <br />of the lakeshore and 25 .7% hardcover within the 75-250' setback where 25% is allowed. <br />W . Duncan MacMillan, 1820 Fox Street, requests a conditional use permit to permit <br />grading of greater than 500 cubic yards of fill to relocate a driveway to an adjacent property <br />and granting of a private access easement. <br />All persons wishing to be heard are encouraged to attend this meeting. ·written comments are solicited.
