This lot conforms to required lot width, lot area, front, side and rear yard requirements. <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT STANDARDS <br />The Planning Commission may recommend approval of a conditional use permit amendment if the <br />application meets the following standards: <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />Issues <br />1. <br />The proposed location of the conditional use is in accord with the objectives of the <br />Zoning Chapter and the purposes of the district in which the site is located and the <br />Comprehensive Municipal Plan; <br />That the proposed location of the conditional use and the proposed condition under which <br />it would be operated or maintained would not be detrimental to the public health, safety, <br />or welfare, or materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity; and <br />That the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of <br />the Zoning Chapter. <br />The new guest house will be connected to the existing septic system.
