Hall, 80 Leaf Street, requests variances to permit reconstruction <br />of a deck setback 48' from a protected tributary constituting increased <br />hardcover and structure within 75' of the creek. <br />Marlys McCarty, 225 Tonka A venue, requests vacation of a utility easement <br />and to relocate the easement to the south 15' of the property. <br />Donald Macmillan, 2550 Fox Street, requests a variance to permit <br />construction of a detached garage closer to the front property line than the <br />principal residence. <br />James and Debra Renckens, 3020 '\Vatertown Road, request a variance to <br />permit construction of a detached garage closer to the front property line than <br />the principal residence. <br />Joe and Sue Haus, 4485 Bayside Road, requests a variance to permit an <br />existing detached garage to remain on the property 2' from the north property <br />line, closer to the property line than a new residential structure.
